What You'll Do / Responsibilities
  • Engage in all talent acquisition activities, including diversity sourcing, attraction, selection & assessment, and offering process.
  • Cooperate with hiring managers to verify their talent recruitment requirements and deliver hiring strategy
  • Deliver HR strategy of organization development with cooperate-level, including organization structure designing, HR Mechanism(Methodology) and strategy planning. 
  • Manage and maintain internal and external recruitment channels and update recruitment status reports.
Required Qualifications
  • Has 3-5 years experiences in Talent Acquisition, employer branding and related skills as inhouse HR or recruiter.
  • Experience with start-up environment, and capable to adapt fast-pace team culture.
  • Experience in HR Develpoment program, including organization development, talent development, L&D or training. 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Good communication and coordination skills while engaging with internal functions or external vendors. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experiece with recruitment project for regional market, such as Hong Kong, Japan, etc.
  • Professional with technical recruiting skills. (Technology background is a plus)
  • Proven record in HRD project planning and execution.
