We are on a mission to revolutionize how AI is built and operated, and our star product is the open-source pluggable MLOps platform that allows data scientists to work more effectively with the tools they already use while adopting new data and model tools.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage projects with customers, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and scope. The position is based in Taiwan and can work remotely.

What you will be doing:

1. Creating schedules, determining deadlines, and communicating progress
2. Work closely with business and customer success teams to collect and confirm technical requirements from customers
3. Respond to project-related documents (RFP, SOW, technical proposals) and support business teams and partners
4. Respond to customer questions on technical issues through the sales stages
5. Enable partners to better support our customers
6. Collect feedback from customers to drive product decisions
7. Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations
8. Responsible for attending conferences, seminars, etc

Requirements

1. Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
2. Strong communication and presentation skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
3. Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
4. Experience in a customer-facing technical role
5. 3+ years of relevant experience
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7. The position is based in Taiwan
