What You'll Do / Responsibilities

Lead the ML Team to build the core algorithms of the data products
Survey papers and coach teammates to accelerate the AI feature development cycles
Help both the business and engineering sides to evaluate technical feasibility and control stakeholders' expectation
Collaborate with academic partners and industry partners to build advanced algorithms
Compile and translate complex, theoretical, or analytics findings into an easily understood illustration

Required Qualifications

PhD in Computer Science or Statistics
5-10 years of experience leveraging various machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems with a proven track record of driving business results.
Excellent understanding of machine learning or statistical data analysis in theory and applications
Strong collaboration skills with data analysts, data engineers, machine learning engineers to build production-level products
Applied experience with handling and analyzing large-scale datasets for various industries and application scenarios
Familiar with Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Experience with cloud services such as AWS or GCP
Ability to establish and maintain internal and external professional networks
Great presentation skills and academic paper writing
