Job Description:

1. Serve as hands-on Regional Product Lead
2. Responsible and accountable for all regional partners/members activities related to product requirements 
3. Responsible for building up the required Field Product team to support product training/communication/requirements vetting across regional activities from pre-sales/business development through member integration to service launch 
4. Run point as Product lead for proof-of-concept and productization of payment service solutions, including mobile app, user and merchant end solution features, defining requirements and collaborate with Product Development to build required functionalities 
5. Serve as conduit for regional industry and partners/members’ product requirements to the core product roadmap 
6. Be part of the business model definition, service adoption, branding strategy, go-to-market strategy for our Payment Service 
7. Supporting BD team to build new business models by leveraging existing payment knowledge 
8. Identify current pain points in payment and offer new solutions 
9. Responsible for regional product goals and ROI metrics; drive SLO/OLA tracking and adherence across regional partners 

Job Requirements:

1. At least 10 years of work experience in Fintech or Banking, out of which 7+ years of hands-on product management experience (preferably 2~3 years as a software engineer) in the Payments sector, with some experience in Blockchain technology  
2. In-depth Mobile-based Payments experience. 
3. Understands backend process of Online Checkout. Highly preferred to have Core Banking services around e-wallet funding and account management 
4. Payments experience should comprise 2 or more of the following:
   (1) Mobile QR-based payments
   (2) Acquiring/Merchant services
   (3) Issuing/User services including mobile app UI/UX
   (4) Core Banking services around e-wallet funding and account management
5. Strong customer-facing and hands-on product management experience with payments 
6. Strong ability to juggle between strategy, execution and operational activities 
7. Effective presentation, communications, negotiation, collaboration skills
