職務說明 (Job Description)

1. Coordinate internal resources for the project execution of customers onboarding.
2. Ensure that the appointed projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Develop project scopes and objectives.
4. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
5. Report and escalate to management as needed.
6. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders (engineers, SB...).
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

必備條件 (Requirements)

1. Preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
2. Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT industry - SaaS/FinTech/Mobile Payment sectors will be plus.
3. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field). 
2. 5+ years customer facing project management experience. 
3. Fluency in English communication.
