What You'll Do / Responsibilities

It's a new department, which will be in charge of...

  1. Working partners with business leaders to provide strategic, operational and analytical guidance.
  2. Engaging sales, marketing and EC departments by coordinating activities which support efficient and effective business operation and commercial excellence.
  3. Managing the business data coming out meaningful business analytics and insights for operation performance improvement resources.
  4. Working closely with cross functional team leaders, carefully considering the stage and competitive context of our business and the different requirements cross our business.
  5. Involving in half-yearly and annual planning (strategic, financial, people), which includes crafting a compelling country strategic narrative, identifying headline goals, and partnering with cross functional teams to determine corresponding KPIs in an integrated and cohesive manner. 
  6. Partnering with the Operations team on go-to-market strategy for new businesses or products as needed

And as the manager of this department, your responsibilities wil be...

  1. Strategic Planning, You will participate with short to mid-term planning (strategic, financial), which includes identifying headline goals, and partnering with cross functional teams to executing corresponding KPIs in an integrated and cohesive manner.
  2. Strong understanding for digital industry and users, systematically plan the road map for business growth. Partner with the sales, marketing and EC teams on go-to-market strategy for new businesses or products as needed.
  3. Analytics & Insights, Acquire deep understanding of the operational aspects of our industrial ecosystem and generate strategic insights that surface growth opportunities in both the core business as well as new verticals.
  4. Cross BU alignment: Strong influence and partnership with related BU to achieve the best result for both.
Required Qualifications
  1. 3~4+ years of APP’s operation management experience.
  2. Great analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  3. Experience in developing and launching consumer apps
  4. Resourceful and proactive to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong product sense and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  6. Proficient communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Good understanding of telecommunications, eSIM and the Internet of Things (IoT) industry
  2. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Communications features, such as our APIs, eSIM, Telcom technologies.
